Principal
William Obara is a principal in Delaware-Raritan Engineering, Inc. and holds a license in Professional Engineering and Professional Planning in the State of New Jersey. William has gained over 30 years of practical experience in commercial and residential development as well as municipal engineering throughout the State of New Jersey. Included within his areas of expertise are site planning and layout, grading and earthwork, storm water management design and permitting, lighting design and analysis, project management as well as extensive NJDEP permitting. He is also a Certified Municipal Engineer and served on the Planning Board in Howell Township.
Charles Carley, PE, PP, CME
Principal
Charles Carley is a principal in Delaware-Raritan Engineering, Inc. and holds a license in Professional Engineering and Professional Planning in the State of New Jersey. Charles has gained over 35 years of practical experience in commercial and residential development as well as municipal engineering throughout the State of New Jersey. Included within his areas of expertise are site planning, grading, storm water management, project management as well as extensive experience as municipal engineer/zoning board engineer/planning board engineer. He is also a Certified Municipal Engineer and elected Mayor in South Brunswick Township.
